Is parking free?

Yes, our guests can enjoy complimentary parking.

Are pets allowed?

We only allow service animals.

Are the pools heated?

Yes, we keep our pool temps between 82 and 85 degrees. We begin heating the pools around mid-October when the air temperatures begin to drop below 90. Pool temperatures are checked daily by our pool company. 

Is smoking allowed?

We are a non-smoking property. There are designated areas.

Do you run shuttles?

We are not currently running shuttles, however both UBER and LYFT are great options to get from the resort to the theme parks and airport!
